Administrator staging: privacy and support

This notice covers only the RuneWarp beta administrator staging site, separate from the Dark Qards application. The playable Test Drive is not published here.

Sign-in and access

Google sign-in shares your Google account identity, including email and provider identifier, with Firebase Authentication in the runewarp-test-drive project. Signing in may create a beta Auth record; it does not grant administrator access. Anonymous player sign-in is not used by this dashboard.

Firebase stores the dashboard session in browser session storage. Sign out when finished, especially on a shared device. Google may retain its own account session independently.

Private research and operations

Only authorized beta administrators may read private feedback, verification summaries and moderation records through the backend. Administrator operations are audited. API requests may create rate-limit counters and platform logs. Exports downloaded by an administrator remain their responsibility; revoking access cannot recall downloaded files.

Analytics is disabled. No advertising or gameplay tracking is enabled by this staging site. Essential Google/Firebase authentication and hosting process network information needed to provide their services.

Retention, deletion and support

Beta retention remains under release review; this staging site does not promise automatic deletion. To request beta account deletion, report access problems or ask about research records, contact the developer through the channel that provided your administrator invitation. Do not send passwords or tokens. No public support address has been designated yet.

Clearing browser storage signs you out locally but does not delete backend records. Account and data deletion require an authorized operator.
